Subject Construction Management (CNMG) 3376 Section 01 (CRN: 10227)

Prerequisites: CNMG 1213 and 2370, or consent of instructor. The study of deformation in structural materials: stresses and strains due to tension, compression, torsion, and bending; internal shear forces and bending moments; stress and strain transformations; design of beams and analysis of beam deflections; buckling of columns; introduction to the deformation of structures. Two hours lecture. Two hours lab. Three credit hours.
