Prerequisites: graduate standing, completion of at least 18 credits in the Master's program, or consent of the thesis advisor. Scholarly investigation of selected problem in an area to Construction Management culminating in a written thesis and oral defense. Maximum of six hours may be applied toward MS degree. Variable credit of one to six hours.
