Prerequisite: PSYC 2300. A study of the inter-relationship between psychology and health. Topics include research regarding the mind-body connection, the causes of stress and how stress impacts health, behavioral contributions to an individual’s or community’s health status, and the ways in which health is being re-conceptualized.
