Subject Construction Management (CNMG) 4351 Section 01 (CRN: 12818)
Prerequisites: CNMG 3347 and 4321, or consent of instructor. Design of shallow foundations: bearing capacity, settlement, spread footings, mats; design of deep foundations: structural integrity, axial and lateral load capacity; foundations on weak, compressive, expansive, or collapsible soils; design of earth retaining structures. Two hours lecture, two hours lab. Three credit hours.
