Subject Interpreting For The Deaf (INTR) 3380 Section 991 (CRN: 12862)
Prerequisite: INTR 2350, INTR 2344, or permission of the Program Coordinator. This course is designed to introduce students to the processes of conducting research, quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis, and the process of reporting research results. Students will learn ethical practices in the conduct of research. Students will critically evaluate research in the fields of sign language linguistics and spoken and sign language interpreting research.
