Methods of problem identification and definition, data collection and measurement, feasibility study methods, work measurement techniques, task analysis, simulation studies, impact analysis, evaluation methods, forms and display design, proposal writing, documentation and programming standards, design strategies, documentation, and evaluation. Three credit hours.
This class is webcast live. Students can attend in person or remotely. Class sessions are also recorded. Some class sessions will require students to attend live, either in person or via web. For a more traditional classroom experience, students are encouraged to attend in person.
