Pre-requisite: Junior Standing. RHET- 1311, COMP I with a C or greater OR Honors 1320 Or Test Scores. Introduction to organizational operations, internal and external forces, planing, decision and control processes. Introduction to the various organizational functions required to operate a sucessful business or non-profit organization. Three credit hours.
