Subject Applied Communication (ACOM) 3330 Section 9H1 (CRN: 14829)

Prerequisites: ACOM 1300 or consent of the instructor. This course focuses on building positive relationships in organizations. Topics include effective leadership, coaching/mentoring, dealing with difficult people, and civility in the workplace. In-class activities, presentations and case studies are used to develop effective professional communication skills. Three credit hours.
This course also includes online work in Blackboard as part of the class requirements.
