Honors Interpersonal Comm2018 Second 7 Weeks

Subject Applied Communication (ACOM) 3301 Section 9H1 (CRN: 14846)

Prerequisite: ACOM 1300 with a grade of "C" or better or consent of instructor; admission to UALR Honors College. Enhances the student's ability to understand and participate in effective interpersonal communication with a focus on positive communication as a way to encourage strong social relationships. Focus on using major interpersonal theories and concepts to develop a heightened awareness of relationship issues, as well as communication competence in relationships. This course replaces ACOM 3300 in the Speech Communication major for honors students. Three credit hours.
This course also includes online work in Blackboard as part of the class requirements.
