Subject Applied Communication (ACOM) 3316 Section 9H1 (CRN: 14985)

Prerequisites: ACOM 1300 or consent of the instructor. This course develops the student's ability to effectively prepare for and participate in a variety of interview situations. Topics include impression management, rapport building, interview organization, effective questions and answers, and effective listening. The focus is on using in-class activities to develop effective interviewing skills. Three credit hours.
This course also includes online work in Blackboard as part of the class requirements.
