Organizational Communication2018 Spring

Subject Applied Communication (ACOM) 5311 Section 9H1 (CRN: 15087)

Prerequisites: ACOM 1300 or consent of the instructor. Students develop an ability to understand and apply major theories and concepts from communication theories to varied organizational contexts. Topics such as leadership, motivation, planned change, conflict, diversity, and decision making are explored through practical application to cases and during class activities. Dual-listed in the UALR Graduate Catalog as ACOM 5311. Three credit hours.
This course also includes online work in Blackboard as part of the class requirements.
