This course provides an introduction to the impact of information systems on the management of organizations with emphasis on information systems as a tool for management of organizations. Students learn to use software (including integrated database tools) to facilitate managerial decision making, planning, and control. Prerequisites: 70% score on Information Technology Qualifying Exam or MGMT 1310 or equivalent
