The class continues to build the knowledge base of organic chemistry by adding conjugated systems, aromatic compounds, carbonyl compounds, carboxylic acids and derivatives, amines, phenols, aryl halides, spectroscopy and data interpretation. Three hour-long lectures. Three credit hours.
