Prerequisites: CPSC 2380 and MATH 2310. Concepts of syntax and semantics of grammars and languages. Study and comparison of the organization and major constructs of various programming language paradigms, with inĀdepth study of several specific languages. Implementation and compiler/interpreter-related issues. Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.
