Subject Speech Communication (SPCH) 4314 Section 991 (CRN: 64979)

Prerequisite: SPCH 3320 or consent of the instructor. An opportunity to apply communication concepts and skills in a professional setting within the department. Interns gain experience working in the Communication Skill Center, assisting in its daily operation. Focus is on experiencing and analyzing communication in real-world situations. An application and interview process must be completed before enrolling in this course. Three credit hours. May be repeated for up to 12 hours credit: 6 hours toward fulfillment of the major (3 hours for the minor) and 6 hours toward fulfillment of general electives.
