Subject Speech Communication (SPCH) 3330 Section 9H1 (CRN: 65217)
Prerequisites: SPCH 1300 or consent of the instructor. This course focuses on building positive relationships in organizations. Topics include effective leadership, coaching/mentoring, dealing with difficult people, and civility in the workplace. In-class activities, presentations and case studies are used to develop effective professional communication skills. Three credit hours.
This class meets 1 time weekly on campus. Additionally, the class has a required online component; so students will need to have access to a computer and Internet.
